Acceptable Use Policy
Safety rules for content, links, Forms, and access to taaap.
- Effective
- September 9, 2026
- Version
- 1.0
1. Use taaap responsibly
Use taaap lawfully and respect the rights, privacy, and safety of others. You must have authority to manage the content, domains, destinations, and data you provide.
- Do not conduct phishing, fraud, impersonation, spam, or deceptive redirection.
- Do not distribute malware or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property rights or expose another person's private information without an appropriate lawful basis.
- Do not bypass authentication, tenant isolation, quotas, security controls, or rate limits.
- Do not collect passwords, full payment-card details, identity-document copies, medical information, or information deliberately collected from children through taaap Forms.
- Do not use taaap for emergency, safety-critical, or guaranteed-delivery systems.
2. Forms and communications
Provide a clear purpose and privacy notice for every Form and obtain required permissions. A required service consent must not be reused as compulsory marketing permission.
Stripe-hosted Checkout is separate from ordinary taaap Forms. It does not permit collecting card details in a Form.
3. Enforcement and reports
We may restrict affected links or Forms for identified phishing, malicious content, fraud, or spam and may suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. Measures should be proportionate, and an owner may appeal through [email protected].
Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with the public URL and a short description. Do not include passwords, full card details, or unnecessary personal information.
A report alone does not establish a violation or entitle the reporter to another customer's private information. Suspension does not automatically delete data or remove mandatory rights.
